We create profoundly impactful leadership experiences for teens.

Synergy Youth Empowerment offers weekend workshops for teens in the New York City area. The program is offered in a safe and educational environment where teens can learn the tools necessary to be self-confident, independent thinkers and to make powerful decisions around the challenges that young people are faced with today; challenges such as peer pressure, self-identity, choice, responsibility, relationships, and communication.

I wouldnā€™t be where I am today if it wasnā€™t for my experience with Synergy Youth Leadership Program. I say that because, had it not been for the program, I would not have the self-esteem I do now. Synergy Youth not only exposed me to peers whom I identified with, but also to a group of people who reminded me that I matteredā€¦and helped me to realize my potential and the different ways I can utilize it. Iā€™ve learned how to develop and maintain relationships, how to evaluate my choices and actions, and how to always stay ā€œon the court.ā€

The Synergy teen basic came at the perfect time! I was really worried about my SATs, my parents divorcing and feeling a lot of pressure. I learned ways to express myself and be a better family member, student and also aced my SATs :)

Peer pressure was no longer a problem! Since iā€™ve done the Basic workshop iā€™ve been able to communicate much better with my parents, friends and other kids in school. I opened up to others and was able to socialize much more than I thought was possible. The biggest takeaway for me was around something I struggled with which is peer pressure. Once I realized throughout this workshop how much value it actually holds for me in comparison to what I actually care about, it really didnā€™t matter as much to me anymore. My wish is for everyone to do the Synergy Youth Empowerment workshop! Daniel
